Anti-static Workstation Kit

S1512 Series is a 3-layer construction mat that provides a unique work surface for use in static-safe workstations to protect electrostatic discharge sensitive components and devices against static electricity. The conductive-buried fleece helps to increase dimensional stability and lay-flat qualities of the mat. While top layer provides a tough work surface, the bottom layer adds excellent cushioning properties to the mat. Thickness is 0.125".

Gauge: 0.125" ± 0.013" (1/8" or 125 mils)

Weight: 60-65 oz./yd²

Tensile (ASTM D412): 350 lb/in² minimum

Elongation (ASTM D412): 110%

Tear (ASTM D1004): 80 lb/in minimum

Resistance ESD S4.1-1997: 1.0 x 10⁷ to 7.0 x 10⁸ (@ 100V)

Suggested service temperature range: -20°F to +160°F

Includes:

3-layer 24" x 48" static-dissipative mat

Adjustable wrist grounding strap with 6-foot coil cord and alligator clip

15-foot common point grounding cord for table mat/wrist strap
