Jameco: A Customer Service Story Jameco was honored to be featured in Paul Rako's Anablog. EDN is a great source for technical insight, but we were surprised that they were interested in Jameco's approach to customers and customer service.

We weren't convinced this was news (taking care of customers is what we've done for 35 years), but apparently Paul felt that the Jameco approach was worth writing about.
