What are some ways for government agents to design a passive, automatic "headlight trap" sensor to accurately tell the difference between LED and banned incandescent headlights? The sensor should be small enough to be mounted on the dashboard of a law enforcement vehicle and easily carried by a miniature headlight enforcement aerial drone designed to cruise over highways at night.
