Customer Support Lead and Sales Assistant

The qualified candidate should have experience with high volume email and inbound call management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Answer phone calls daily
- Gatekeeper and triage for daily emails
- Customer problem resolution and customer return processes
- Online chat support with customers
- Gatekeeper for daily orders and quotes and detailed order/quote management
- Receptionist and face to face customer care
- Call Monitoring and Team Incentive Development
- Maintain high performance standards and have the ability to perform in a fast paced, high energy call center environment
- Have accuracy in data entry skills and an excellent attention to detail
- Have high quality standards in written communication
- Have excellent phone demeanor and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Provide the customer with exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Creative and detail oriented
- Self-motivated who takes the initiative
- Positive with a can-do attitude
- Have outstanding decision making and problem solving skills
- Have excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
