This aluminum motor mount and wheel kit is a precision-machined mechanical drive system designed for mobile robotic platforms. The motors are worm-gear driven, and the main drive axle (0.5" dia.) is cradled in a ball bearing assembly for smooth-rolling performance. The included 36-position disk quadrature encoders resolve to 144 discrete ticks per tire revolution for precision navigation.
