Peltier Thermoelectric Cooler Module with Heat Sink Assembly- 12 Volt 5 Amp
Keep the heat down with a Peltier module. These unique electronic coolers can generate a temperature differential when powered. Put simply, apply 12V 5A power supply to the red (positive) and black (negative) wires and one side will get frosty cold while the other side gets hot. For best results, you'll need to wick away that heat (otherwise the cold side will slowly get warmer). A fan and/or heat sink is ideal.
The unit comes fully assembled with the Peltier module, heat sink and fan.
This is a 12V module, and is rated for up to 72 watts max (up to 14V/6A) but when used with a regulated 12V output, they don't draw much more than 5 amps, so we suggest our 12V/5A power adapter for use. (You will need to cut the connector and expose the wires or use a power jack to screw terminal adapter.)
