RMA Request - Terms and Conditions

  1. RMA# is required for all returns. They are issued for returns that are within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  2. You will receive a number by e-mail or fax within 24 hours after we receive the form below. Our customer service department is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST.
  3. All merchandise must be returned within 10-business days after receipt of RMA#.
  4. Books, kits, software, grab bags and special order items are not returnable. Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking fee.
  5. Items must be securely wrapped and placed in either our shipping container or one similar. Please use packing other than the manufacturer's original box to ship.
  6. Merchandise must be in its original condition. All products not received in its original condition may be returned to you or you may only receive partial credit for the return.
  7. Include all accessories (cables, manuals,diskettes, etc.)
  8. Return to Jameco via UPS, Federal Express or First Class Mail. Our recommendation is that you insure the package.
  9. Sorry no freight collect packages accepted.
  10. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton and the contents inside must match what is on the RMA Request Form, otherwise it may delay the processing of your credit and or replacement.
