Serial Input Output Calendar and Clock CMOS LSI DIP-14
This CMOS integrated circuit has a clock function which has been designed with the intent of connecting to a microcomputer. This IC counts independently the month, date, day of the week, hour, minute and is able to have the output and input of these time data freely upon command from the microcomputer.
Timekeeping (hours, minutes and seconds) and calendar (months, date and day of the week)
Reference frequency is 32.768 kHz, which is generated by a crystal oscillator circuit
